K37 is a 90 m² top-floor apartment set within a typical 1960s building in Athens. The renovation celebrates the home’s original character while introducing a fresh and contemporary way of living. Timber floors, terrazzo surfaces, generous balconies and natural light are carefully preserved, creating a warm backdrop for new elements in stainless steel, marble and painted metal. The kitchen, dining area, library and living room flow into one another, forming an open and inviting space that extends towards the west-facing terrace. A sculptural kitchen island anchors the interior, while custom-made furniture, concealed doors and a striking blue shelving unit give the apartment its distinctive personality. The result is a refined yet welcoming home, deeply connected to Athens and designed for everyday life.
