The unpretentious neighbourhood of Pangrati manages to combine the beauty of Athenian neoclassical architecture with the liveliness of modern 21st century aesthetics. The design of this residence of 108 sqm was based on the idea of achieving privacy for each and every room, while the living room is connected with the kitchen in such a way that creates a feeling of hospitality between guests and hosts. The classical wooden parquet flooring encounters the deep blue colouring of the walls as well as the mosaic that decorates the spaces in both the bathroom and the kitchen, ascribing a modern aesthetics of global architectural trends.
