This residence of 80 sqm is perfectly harmonising the Athenian aesthetics of Ano Kypseli neighbourhood and it’s functionalist architecture, a building that cultivates an elegant feeling and provides calmness and style. The olive-tree colouring and the natural wood flooring combination creates an atmosphere similar to the Greek landscape and a chic island type aura located in the periphery of Athen’s center. Compounding the details of wooden parquet floors and modern mosaic floors of black and grey colouring we enjoy the modern urban aesthetics combined with vintage design furniture. The kitchen leads us to a hybrid formed dining room-working space and then to the living room, while enjoying the Athenian light.
