Silver detailing made of aluminium, black marble with a white touch, neon lighting framing original paintings made by Athenian artists: This property on Notara Street is the definition of a modern Athenian apartment. This flat promotes new urban Athenian aesthetics through the combination of micro-architecture planning with a postmodern touch based on the preexisting structured identity of the building. The open-plan space arrangement of the dining room and kitchen meets the big french doors positioning the balcony as a natural extension of the flat, therefore we can enjoy the Athenian sun and the polymorphic landscape of Exarchia neighbourhood throughout the year.
